This is a starting template, not legal advice — have counsel review before launch.
To deliver the NoxusHub Service, we engage a small set of trusted third-party vendors (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by data protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Addendum. The current list is below.
Current subprocessors
- Stripe — Payments and subscription billing. Processes billing contact details, plan and invoice records, and payment status.
- Clerk — Authentication and user management. Processes account identity data such as name, email, organization, and login metadata.
- Anthropic — AI model provider. Processes the prompts and connected content needed to generate audits and agent output. Customer Data is not used to train models.
- HubSpot— Integration source and target. The connected CRM platform whose data (contacts, companies, deals, tickets, engagements) NoxusHub reads and, where enabled, writes on the Customer's behalf.
- Cloud hosting & database — [your provider] — Application hosting and the PostgreSQL database. Processes and stores account, billing, usage, and connected HubSpot data at rest.
Changes to this list
When we add or replace a subprocessor, we update this page and notify active Customers in advance — by email and/or in-product notice — before the new subprocessor begins processing Customer Data. This gives Customers the opportunity to review the change.
