Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NoxusHub platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the conduct of users you invite to your organization. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Connect HubSpot portals or data you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

Subscription & billing

• Tiers. The Service is offered in subscription tiers as described on our Pricing page. Usage beyond included limits may require token packs or a higher tier.
• 14-day trial. New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
• Auto-renew. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled. Billing is processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI output

The Service uses AI models (provided via Anthropic) to generate audits, recommendations, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is provided for your evaluation and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it or acting on it in a HubSpot portal.

Customer data ownership

As between you and NoxusHub, you retain all rights to the data you connect or submit, including your HubSpot CRM data (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our processing of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Addendum.

Warranties & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoxusHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and Customer Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
